General Hospital Recap: TJ and Molly Question Their Future (2025)

On today’s General Hospitalrecap:

Alexis chastises Ric for constantly trying to get revenge on Sonny by treating Kristina poorly on the stand. Ric says he did what was best for his client and accuses Alexis of favoring Kristina over Molly.

Ric says if she was looking at the situation objectively, she would see it was all a horrible accident. He says Ava is not capable of pushing a pregnant woman out of a window, but Alexis disagrees. She says he's a terrible father and storms off.

Kristina wants Sonny to tell her how badly she did on the stand, but he enables her, saying she did what she had to do. He's fine with her wanting Ava to pay if that's the only way she'll get through it. Kristina wonders what will happen if the jury doesn't go their way. Sonny says he'll take care of it, if the justice system doesn't.

Molly says she now believes the baby's death was a tragic accident. TJ accuses her of avoiding him and Molly agrees it was easier to talk to others about their baby’s death. TJ says he wants a future with her, including a family. Molly says she doesn't want to have a baby and the two decide they don't have a future together.

Jason tells Drew he's moving into the mansion in order to keep the kids together. Drew decides he'll take Scout to DC with him, which Carly overhears. Drew says he can't have Scout around Jason's danger, but Carly says they need to put the kids needs first. Carly insists they do what Sam wanted and what's best for the kids. Drew insists there be no more violence and Jason agrees.

Lucky heads to Laura's to tell her Lulu is awake and shows her the video. Laura calls the police to put out an APB for her. (Apparently neither Dante or Rocco thought to call her)

Rocco and Lulu share a hug, and she can't believe how much he's changed. Rocco tells her that she's been in a coma for four years. She promises to make up for lost time as Dante shows up, shocked to see her.

Lulu explains she woke up and heard Cyrus making decisions and talking about moving her. She's shocked when Dante tells her Cyrus is her uncle. Lulu says she went to their old house and is surprised to learn Maxie lives there now.

Lulu explains what she remembers the night of the explosion and Dante says they didn't realize she'd hit her head until she fell into the coma. Lulu is overwhelmed but thrilled to be back with them, which Danny overhears.

Lulu asks about the scar and Rocco tells her that she had a liver transplant.
