Our Cottage /detached Ohana - is a impeccably clean, lovely, quiet, separate small building with 1 bedroom, 1 living-room, kitchen, bath, 500sq ft. unit; lightly furnished, located in the very desirable Ke Ali'i Kai neighborhood. Basic utilities are included as detailed below ☼ *1.

The Ke Ali'i Kai neighborhood is in the south Maui area and is quite close to both south Maui Tech Park and Wailea/Makena resorts (5 to 10min either), or 20 to 25min to Maui Memorial Hospital, and about 20 min or less to the Airport, Costco, Target, Walmart, Home Depot/Lowes and the central shopping district. Also in south Kihei are Safeway, Foodland, and Times supermarkets as well as CVS/Longs drugstore among many other shops and eateries.

Our cottage has quiet and efficient central mini-splits A/C in both rooms; with 1 bedroom furnished; 1 bath w/tub-shower; kitchenette with electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink and garbage disposal, lightly furnished living room with large windows & side slider & separate door -- all covered. It could be a great location for that mobile professional or anyone desiring a nice clean and laid-back place to call home for a while. Since electric/water is included, rental price listed reflects reasonable electric/water usage for one occupant, otherwise additional water charge.

It's just a couple of minutes’ walk down the hill to Kam 1 (Kama'ole 1) beach, ABC store & Bus stop & Hawaiian Moons health store, etc; a great morning stroll, and all around great jogging or bicycling location.

This is a very conveniently located, clean, quiet and peaceful neighborhood that seeks tenants likewise. The few detached stand-alone cottage rentals in this neighborhood are highly desired and are all are the same size of approximately 500 sqft. . Acceptable renters’ insurance by tenant and proof is required. Not voucher approved. Move in startup incidentals could also be provided for those professionals just arriving on island.

Seek pleasant quiet renters who will keep the unit very clean with very good credit and references.
